Earlier this year, I set a goal to shed the weight I’ve gained since moving to Nashville. I lost nearly 30 pounds (woohoo!) but unfortunately gained some of it back.
I will not quit.

Below is a ticker to follow my journey to my ultimate weight loss goal.
